Payment Options
In Vahakni Residential Community payment schedule is the following:
For Residential Houses
- 20% down payment from the total amount is due on signing of the preliminary contract
- 50% of the total amount are scheduled to be paid during upcoming six months on a monthly basis
- The remaining 30% to be paid on closing of the house
For Townhouses
- 20% down payment from the total amount is due on signing of the preliminary contract
- 50% of the total amount are scheduled to be paid during upcoming six months on a monthly basis
- The remaining 30% to be paid on closing of the house
For Land Purchase
In case of a Land Purchase, payment is made all at once.
